Timmerkåtan accommodates up to 30 people and is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, a projector, and a whiteboard – but it’s the surrounding nature that truly sets the tone. A common setup includes meetings in the morning, followed by lunch and an energising activity that sharpens focus and boosts creativity. After afternoon coffee, the meeting continues – with more energy, happier minds, and fresh inspiration. Welcome to a different kind of conference in Stockholm!
The food is prepared by Glöd Vildmarkskök and with sustainability as a keyword, the menus are therefore composed according to the season. Lunch is eaten at Glöd's foodtruck and dinner is cooked by wilderness chefs over an open fire at our cozy campsites. If you want coffee during the meeting, we will arrange it. We have menus for small and large groups, up to 100 people. We have full rights.

Our two-hour programs are perfect to combine with meeting time. A common arrangement is to start at nine and conference until lunch. Full stomachs tend to cause drowsiness, but we counteract this with fresh air and fun challenges.
After the activity and afternoon coffee, the meeting flows with new energy. Or choose to do a longer program with both teambuilding and high rope course.
