Äventyrsbanan started in 2000 and is run by Anita Rostén, alongside a skilled team of assistants and guides. Over the years, we've expanded our offerings with creativity and love, adding more activities and high rope courses. Located outdoors, we have a deep appreciation for nature.
Our visitors include companies, associations, schools, and individuals.
In our forest area in Erstavik, we offer 7 different high ropes courses and ziplines, providing a physical individual challenge. On the ground, we host a variety of fixed and mobile programs, all designed to enhance group collaboration and teamwork.
Our approach is based on adventure pedagogy, a form of experiential learning. We stick to our focus that an activity with us should provide a little more than just an experience. With us, we do not compete and do not give out any diplomas - here it is your inner motivation that drives you!
Our ambition is to allow everyone who wants to challenge themselves and have a different experience to do so in a simple and safe way. We work hard to ensure that everyone receives a personal and professional treatment.
We instructors are incredibly impressed by everyone who comes here and dares to challenge their limits. There are many days at work when you have goosebumps on your arms!

All our activities are carried out with professional safety equipment and well-trained guides. The facility meets the highest European safety standards and is inspected several times a year.
An experience at Äventyrsbanan is rarely forgotten, whether you walk the high rope course, challenge your group in our ground activities, have a sauna, or have dinner and spend the night in the forest, only 20 minutes from the city center!
"For 24 years, Äventyrsbanan has been run by Anita Rostén, who was previously a coach and national team captain for the climbing team. A job that involves high altitudes, team building and wilderness."
