The sauna is about a 15-minute walk from the Adventure Course – perfect for unwinding after the day’s challenges. You’ll also find what might be Stockholm’s coziest barbecue spot here, ideal if you want to wrap up with a beer, good conversation, and a grill session together.
For those who want to take the experience to the next level:
Stay overnight and sleep in our traditional tent hut near the sauna. The perfect ending to an epic bachelor party!

Please note that we have a strict alcohol- and drug-free policy at the adventure park. This applies to both participants and spectators on the ground, before and during the activity. After the activity, alcohol is permitted in the sauna and barbecue areas.

Tip! Even if the sauna is booked, it is possible to borrow a barbecue area with us or eat at Glöd's foodtruck.

With us, overnight stays are part of the adventure, and you’re guaranteed to feel even more like a team after a night with us! In Sjölägret’s large tipi tent, you’ll settle into sleeping bags and drift off to the sounds of the forest. A true experience!
It is also possible to stay overnight at the forest camp if the lake camp is fully booked. Overnight stays can only be booked in combination with an activity with us.
