For more than 100 years, a wood-fired sauna has stood here, created to offer Stockholmers a peaceful break in a beautiful natural setting. The idea is to preserve simplicity in harmony with nature, which means electricity comes from solar panels and there is no shower. The sauna has two changing rooms, an anteroom, and space for around 15 people. If you’d like to picnic or grill, there is a large table and a solid fire pit, and in winter we keep an ice hole open. When you rent the sauna, you pick up the key and are responsible for your own stay. Five days before your booked date, we’ll send you the code to the key box along with all the information you need.

Winter season: SEK 3000 for three hours (applies to private individuals, up to 15 people).

From Easter onwards, we prioritize the sauna for guests who book packages with us. For sauna-only rentals on Fridays and Saturdays, the following prices apply:
– SEK 5000 in the afternoon
– SEK 3000 for bookings up until 1:00 PM
When you book the sauna in connection with a high ropes course or team-building activity, we will escort you there, and it will be prepared and preheated upon your arrival. You will have access to the sauna for two hours. After that, you are responsible for your stay and must leave the sauna clean and locked when you depart.
Join us for an unforgettable journey through the Erstavik Nature Reserve – a place rich in cultural history and breathtaking scenery. During our guided hike, you’ll hear fascinating stories about the area as we make our way toward the sauna on the far side of the lake.
When you arrive, the sauna is already warm and the grill glowing perfectly. We also offer a short introduction to Finnish sauna culture for those who want to enhance the experience.
The hike takes about 1 hour and is ideal for companies, groups, and private guests who want to combine activity, relaxation, and togetherness.
