Simple, genuine, and in prefect hamony with nature.

For more than 100 years, a wood-fired sauna has stood here, created to offer Stockholmers a peaceful break in a beautiful natural setting. The idea is to preserve simplicity in harmony with nature, which means electricity comes from solar panels and there is no shower. The sauna has two changing rooms, an anteroom, and space for around 15 people. If you’d like to picnic or grill, there is a large table and a solid fire pit, and in winter we keep an ice hole open. HOW TO RENT

When you rent the sauna, you pick up the key and are responsible for your own stay. Five days before your booked date, we’ll send you the code to the key box along with all the information you need.

Price:
3000 SEK / 3 hours, valid for private individuals.
If you are a company, a larger group, or wish to film at our location, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Sauna after program
When you book the sauna after a rope course we will accompany you to the sauna, which will be prepared and heated upon your arrival. You are then responsible for your stay and for leaving the sauna clean and locked when you depart.

GUIDED HIKE WITH SAUNA & GRILL

Join us for an unforgettable journey through the Erstavik Nature Reserve – a place rich in cultural history and breathtaking scenery. During our guided hike, you’ll hear fascinating stories about the area as we make our way toward the sauna on the far side of the lake.

When you arrive, the sauna is already warm and the grill glowing perfectly. We also offer a short introduction to Finnish sauna culture for those who want to enhance the experience.

The hike takes about 1 hour and is ideal for companies, groups, and private guests who want to combine activity, relaxation, and togetherness.

Price:
Approximately 5000 SEK, including sauna access. Varies depending on setup – feel free to request a quote!
