Here you will find practical information and rules for participation. Please make sure that everyone in your party reads the information.
Your guide will meet you outside the Little House at Äventyrsbanans entrance.
We ask you to respect the start time by being ready to begin at the appointed time.
Dress in durable clothes suitable for the weather. Sneakers work perfectly. In chilly or unstable weather, we recommend warm clothes or rain gear.
We recommend that you come already changed. There is a small storage room with two changing booths and lockers for valuables.
For the high ropes course, a pair of thin, flexible work gloves can be comfortable. Gloves are available for purchase on site for 40 SEK/pair (larger groups need to pre-book). In cold weather, warm, grippy gloves are needed.
Under the full-body harness, comfortable flexible clothes that cover both shoulders and legs are recommended.
Climbing works well in normal weather, even with wind and rain. We only cancel activities if the weather poses a safety risk, such as thunder, heavy rain, or storm.
Flush toilets are located at the back of the Little House near the entrance to Äventyrsbanan. There is no shower.
We get drinking water from Sandakällan. Feel free to bring your own filled water bottle or take the opportunity to walk to the spring (about 300 meters from the Adventure Course entrance) and refill with "the town's best water."
Please note that unfortunately, we cannot fill your water bottles on site.
You are welcome to cook at any of our fire pits. For booked activities, we provide firewood and kindling. There are several large fire pits with grill grates. The grill areas

Before you can climb on the high ropes course, you must undergo a safety introduction. It takes about 15–30 minutes.
Consider your own physical health. If you have temporary or permanent ailments, or are pregnant, you need to assess yourself whether you can participate.
- Maximum weight for the high ropes course is 115 kg.
- On the long ziplines at Vreta and Snörom, the maximum weight is 100 kg.
We have a total ban on alcohol and drugs for both participants and spectators – before and during the activity. In the sauna (after the activity), bringing your own drink is allowed.
You are not allowed to smoke or be near open flames while wearing safety equipment.
Empty your pockets of loose items. If you want to bring a camera, you need a closable pocket that is not squeezed by the harness leg loops. Tie up long hair and remove larger jewelry. If you wear glasses, be careful with them.
When you are finished, hang the equipment back in the designated place.
In case of intentional damage, loss, or careless handling of the equipment, you may be liable for compensation.
If you do not follow our safety rules, the guide may deny you access to the high ropes course.
Quick and convenient! Take bus 401 from Slussen towards Älta and get off at the Tenntorp stop, the second stop after Hellasgården. The travel time from Slussen is about 15 minutes. From the stop, it is only 150 meters. Walk in the direction of Älta, take the pedestrian tunnel under the road, go up to the right to the parking lot, pass the barrier, and you have arrived. SL travel planner
There is a bike path all the way from the city, about 30 minutes. Park at the bike rack inside the barrier by the notice board.
From Stockholm: drive via Slussen or the Southern Link and head towards Älta (road 260). Pass Hellasgården and continue another 1.5 km to a paid parking lot on the left side, signposted "P Äventyrsbanan" right by the Tenntorp bus stop.
The paid parking lot is on the left side if you come from Stockholm. It costs 20 SEK/hour with the app "EasyPark."
If space allows, you can park in the small parking lot closest to the Äventyrsbanan. It holds MAX 18 cars, do not block the road. We are not responsible for improperly parked cars or valuables stored in cars.
From the parking lot: Walk along Ältavägen towards Älta for 150 meters past Nacka nursery. Turn into a small parking lot and past the barrier and you have arrived.
We take safety very seriously.
We have well-trained instructors who are always close at hand. All instructors are trained in rescue to be able to help customers down from the high ropes courses.
Before climbing, you receive all the necessary safety equipment as well as a thorough briefing on how it should be used. Everyone then goes through a practice course at ground level before climbing up on the real high ropes courses.
We use two different belay systems:
For closed group bookings with adult participants, the guide is up on the courses monitoring safety; here a traditional via ferrata system is used.
For group bookings, you reserve one or more of our high ropes courses. The guide is up in the trees to coach if needed. Here, a traditional safety system is also used, providing more challenge. Group booking is perfect for parties who want a more exclusive experience.
For an open departure, you are booked into a group with others. At each start time, we accommodate up to 15 people. Times are available on Sundays and school holidays, starting from Easter through to the autumn break. When booking, you choose low or high courses.
Yes, the high ropes courses are approved for wellness allowance.
We have something for most people, whether it's the company's kick-off, the bachelor party, the bachelorette party, or the birthday celebration. We are used to putting together activities from 1 hour to a full day. We tailor the activity/program so that it becomes a challenge and an adventure for everyone, both on the ground and in the air.
Of course, it is possible to split larger groups so that some climb the high ropes course while others do one of our team-building exercises. No prior knowledge is required. However, you must like being outdoors in nature 🙂
Then you get wet.
With clothes suited to the weather, your experience with us will always be something out of the ordinary!
We only cancel our activities if the weather poses a danger to our participants and instructors, for example lightning or strong winds. Normal weather with wind and rain is perfectly fine for climbing.
It is easy to get to Äventyrsbanan by bus. Bus 401 runs regularly several times per hour from Slussen to Tenntorp, it takes about 15 minutes. From the bus stop, it is 100 meters to us.
Paid parking is available by the Tenntorp bus stop, on the left-hand side if you are coming from Stockholm. The fee is SEK 20 per hour and is paid via the EasyPark app.
From the parking area, walk along Ältavägen in the direction of Älta for approximately 100 meters, passing Nacka Handelsträdgård. Then turn in at a small parking area, pass the barrier, and you will arrive.
