SEASON START IS APPROACHING – WE ARE LOOKING FOR MORE PEOPLE FOR THE CITY'S MOST FUN WORKPLACE!

For the 2026 season, we are looking for guides/instructors for the high ropes course, teambuilding and wilderness, as well as summer and weekend instructors for our high ropes course. Here are roles suitable both for those who want to work part-time and those seeking an active summer job outdoors.

GUIDE / INSTRUCTOR

We are looking for more dedicated employees for our activities in high ropes courses, teambuilding, and wilderness.

TASKS
As a guide/instructor, you lead and instruct groups on the high ropes courses as well as conduct teambuilding and wilderness activities.

We work with different levels of instructor qualifications, which means that you will gradually have the opportunity to work with more types of groups as you further educate yourself and develop in the role.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience leading groups
• Enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Has a strong safety mindset and a responsible approach
• Is calm, positive, and confident in your role

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for someone who has:

• Climbing experience, experience working at heights
• Experience or education in group dynamics, teambuilding
• Experience or education in wilderness or nature and outdoor life

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• You can work at least one day a week
• You are flexible and can work both weekdays and weekends
• You are at least 22 years old

EDUCATION
We work based on adventure pedagogy, an experience-based educational method that combines challenge, reflection, and learning to increase understanding of both individual and group behavior.
Training takes place by assisting experienced guides and participating in internal training sessions. Introductory training starts on April 6.

JOB OPPORTUNITIES
Äventyrsbanan is open year-round, every day. The high season is April–October, with July being a quieter month. The position is an hourly employment and suits those who are studying, have another job, or freelance within the outdoor industry.

The work scope is approximately 1–3 shifts per week, except for a break during the month of July.

INSTRUCTOR HIGH ROPE COURSE OPEN POSITIONS:

We are looking for dedicated instructors for our high rope course, primarily to work on Sundays.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As an instructor, you will guide and instruct our guests on the high rope course and be responsible for ensuring that the activities are conducted in a safe, professional, and inspiring manner.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who:

• Has climbing experience or similar experience/interest
• Has experience leading groups
• Enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Has a strong safety mindset and a responsible work approach
• Is calm, positive, and confident when interacting with people

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You want and are able to work during the summer break, as well as Sundays and public holidays

TRAINING
Mandatory training will be held during the Easter break, April 6-10.

WORK OPPORTUNITIES
The adventure course is open year-round, every day. This position involves working with our bookings for private individuals during weekends and school holidays.
