Ice cold dips and wood fired warmth – a winter experience like no other!
If you and your friends are looking for an ice-cold bathing adventure, come to the Äventyrsbanan sauna and experience over 100 years of sauna tradition in the scenic and peaceful surroundings of Lake Sandasjön in Nacka. Here, simplicity and harmony with nature come together – wood-fired heat and an open ice hole for the brave! Perfect both for relaxation and for a refreshing energy boost!

During the winter season, from November to April, we invite you to an unforgettable nature experience. Our sauna location is perfectly suited for winter swimming – crisp, clear water surrounded by a peaceful winter landscape.
The 1 km walk to this natural oasis enhances the experience, and once you arrive, icy dips await to awaken both body and soul. Between swims, you can warm up in our large, spacious sauna, naturally heated by a wood-burning stove.
If you would like to eat, there is a cozy fire pit outside the sauna, perfect for grilling or cooking over a murika. Firewood is always included to make your experience easy and comfortable. You and your group will have the entire place to yourselves – a moment of calm and relaxation away from the city.

Join us for an unforgettable journey through the Erstavik Nature Reserve – a place rich in cultural history and breathtaking scenery. During our guided hike, you’ll hear fascinating stories about the area as we make our way toward the sauna on the far side of the lake.
When you arrive, the sauna is already warm and the grill glowing perfectly. We also offer a short introduction to Finnish sauna culture for those who want to enhance the experience.
The hike takes about 1 hour and is ideal for companies, groups, and private guests who want to combine activity, relaxation, and togetherness.
